I’m Belinda Bulatao, a Vancouver-based Web and Graphic Designer with over a decade of experience in design, marketing, and business operations.
My path into design wasn’t traditional—and that’s what sets my approach apart. Before stepping into the creative industry, I spent several years working in accounting and administration. That experience gave me a strong foundation in business, structure, problem-solving, and strategy—skills I now bring into every design project I take on.
Creativity has always been part of who I am. This passion led me to transition into the world of design, where I found the perfect balance between logic and creativity. In 2014, I officially moved into the creative field, completing my studies in New Media Design and Web Development at the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT). I later expanded my skill set through formal training in Graphic Design and Web Development at ITD Canada (Institute of Technology Development), along with Digital Marketing training through Alacrity Canada.
Today, I combine strategic thinking with creative execution to deliver thoughtful, effective design solutions.

Design is more than just my profession—it’s how I solve problems, tell stories, and bring ideas to life.
I’ve always been drawn to both creativity and structure, and design allows me to combine the two in a meaningful way. What I enjoy most is helping businesses turn their vision into something clear, impactful, and easy for people to connect with.
Every project is an opportunity to create something purposeful—whether it’s building a website, shaping a brand, or improving how users experience a product. For me, it’s not simply about creating something visually appealing— it's about making them work, communicate, and connect. It is about forging connections, sparking emotions, and ultimately, making a difference.
